Say hello to autumn and enjoy he hit Terra Albona Autunno gastro recreation bike tour. A favourite cycling tour for all ages of recreational and cycling enthusiasts, will take you through the most beautiful landscapes of Labin with visits to small family farms, restaurants with indigenous Istrian dishes: prosciutto, sausages, pancetta, cheese, homemade cakes, fuži (home-made pasta) and gnocchi and wineries offering the best local wine tasting.

Valamar Trail, 28 September, Rabac

Stay fit after summer and run into autumn in one of Croatia's best tail races Valamar Trail. With start and finish lines at the seafront and three different trails, Valamar Trail offers an unforgettable adventure in a unique landscape where the hills meet the sea. The most prestigious trail is a 61.1 km long RED course, running along the coast, the highest hills, deep forest, rocks and medieval Labin with breath-taking panoramas. The BLUE course is 35.1 km long and is intended for all racer profiles and is an excellent preparation for taking the RED course next year. The Valamar GREEN course is the shortest, 11.2 km, passing from Rabac to the village of Ripenda through the richness of the Mediterranean landscape and amazing views of the sea and islands.

Rabac Regatta, 28 September, Rabac

The tradition of the Rabac Regatta, which began in 1973 as one of the biggest and the most popular regattas for the Optimist class in the Adriatic, has been going on for 46 years. This September enjoy the beauty of sailing for the Optimist, Laser 4.7 and Laser Radial classes in the Rabac Bay. Get to know the sailing tradition of Rabac and relax with other autumn recreational activities in Rabac, trail and MTB races and the sea still warm enough for swimming.

Discover a Baroque palace that has a mine inside, find out who invented the speedometer, how Labin-born Matthias Flacius Illyricus became the closest associate of Protestant reformer Martin Luther, how the brave Labin miners founded the Labin Republic and many more interesting things from the rich history of Labin in a free Labin Old town sightseeing tour. In the picturesque streets and squares surrounded by noble palaces, female guides dressed as the Labin goddess Sentona, the patron saint of travellers, will tell you who were the Liburnians and how the battle against the Uskoks in Labin ended, while the male guides, dressed in a mining uniform, will proudly tell you all about the famous Labin Republic. Due to its quality, preservation of cultural heritage and interesting features, this tour is awarded with the Croatian national award Simply the Best.
The tour starts at at 9:30 PM in front of the Info Point in Labin Old town, and finishes at 11:00 PM in front of the Negri Palace. The tour is free of charge, available in Croatian, English, German, Italian, Czech and Slovak.
