On Friday, October 3, 2025, the fourth stage of the international road cycling race called CRO Race will take place on the roads of Istria and Primorje-Gorski Kotar counties, from Krk, Malinska over the Krk Bridge, Viškovo, Poklon (Učka), Boljunsko polje, Šušnjevica, Kršan, Nedešćina and all the way to the finish line in Labin’s Old Town.
The tenth edition of the CRO Race, which will take place from September 30 to October 5, will once again be run through six stages, and the starts and finishes of the stages are already well-known locations to everyone – picturesque towns and regions that await domestic and foreign competitors and visitors.
Labin will once again have the honor of hosting the finish line of the fifth stage this year, and on the roads along which the race will take place, temporary traffic regulation will be in effect on some public roads, and traffic restrictions on the mentioned sections will be carried out in the presence of MUP employees and representatives of the organization.
It should be noted that the Aldo Negri climb will be closed to all traffic on October 3rd from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, or until the last competitor has passed, due to the completion and organization of the finish line, which is located on Tito Square. All traffic participants are asked to use detours during that time.
IMPORTANT!
– From Thursday morning, October 2, it will not be possible to park on Tito Square, in the parking lot near the cemetery, and on the middle level of the Rialto parking lot (Old Town).
– Vinež Industrial Zone – 1.MAJ rotor, – Vinež – Supply Center – Spar – Pulska Street – Kapelica rotor – Matija Vlačića Primary School rotor – Aldo Negri climb – Donji Kranjci – Junac – Sveta Marina – Ravni – Skitača – Brovinje – Salakovci – Kapelica – Labin.
Special note: During the specified time period, the Kapelica roundabout – Matija Vlačića Elementary School roundabout – Aldo Negri slope – Donij Kranjci – Junac – Kapelica will be closed to all traffic, meaning that entry and exit of vehicles from that area will be prevented, with no exceptions for residents.
Due to the specific location of the finish line of the fourth stage in the Old Town and to avoid creating traffic jams, all visitors are asked to use the parking spaces in Podlabin.
“We ask all our fellow citizens for understanding and patience and invite them to adapt to the aforementioned traffic conditions on Friday, especially in parts of the city that will be completely closed to traffic (Stari grad, Presika, Donji Kranjci, Salakovci, Kapelica, Vlastelini…)”
