Wine & Music Night, Labin – Ante Gelo

An event that has delighted all guests and visitors in every edition will once again enrich Istria’s tourist offering. This year’s first “Wine & Music Nights” will be held on June 12 in the beautiful atmosphere of Park hrvatskih branitelja, organized by the Labin Tourist Board.
Thus, at the very beginning of the tourist season, this picturesque town will showcase a rich wine and beer selection from the Labin area, complemented by gourmet specialties.
It will be an opportunity for numerous winemakers from the Labin area, gathered in the Labinština winemakers’ and grape growers’ association “Trs,” to present many types of quality and award-winning wines in a relaxed atmosphere. Among them will be premium wines from the Baćac family, where tradition spans four generations, as well as wines from Perinić, Gobo, Juričić Ćule, and the young Fuhtar winery, named after the nickname the Licul family from Nedešćina near Labin has carried for about three hundred years.
Visitors will also be able to taste products from the Kos, Prskalo, Vosilla, and Negri wineries. Additionally, cocktails and liqueurs from Destilerija Krulčić will be available for tasting.
Beer lovers will also find something to enjoy during the Wine & Music evening. In addition to a wide range of local, quality wines, Labin can also boast the Labona brewery. It was founded in 2021 by young enthusiasts who had been brewing beer for their own needs for years. Today, they share their experience of creating craft beer for true beer lovers with a wider audience, which they will also do at this event where all visitors can taste their beer, which contains no additives, substitutes, flavors, colorings, or preservatives. Of course, to make the experience complete, guests can also look forward to an excellent gastronomic offer.

The first edition, to be held on June 12, will also serve as an announcement for new “Wine & Music” evenings that will take place during the summer months, specifically on July 17 and August 21. This will surely delight the local population of this medieval Istrian town with a rich history and cultural heritage, and offer guests an additional reason to visit and enjoy the products and sounds of the Labin and Istrian region.
Wine & Music Night in Labin has quickly become one of the most attractive summer events in Istria.
The event began as a summer evening of socializing and enjoying local flavors and music, and today it has evolved into an event that annually attracts thousands of visitors who plan their holidays around its date.
Each edition brings novelties – from venue decoration and interactive content to thematic concepts, creating a recognizable and unique identity for the event.
The event is born out of love and dedication – every idea, decoration, and detail bears a personal touch, and a wonderful team of collaborators participates in the preparations, fostering a sense of community.
