When: Sunday, 09.11.2025.
Time: Gathering from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m., walk starts at 10:00 a.m.
Where: Parking lot at the Labin Tourist Board (Address: Aldo Negri 20, Labin)

Trail description:
– Departure: along the Sentona trail, where you will discover the protected natural landscape of the Labin region and the remains of the Romanesque church of St. Hadrian.

– Return: Along the path of divine springs, along beautiful waterfalls and springs that were once the source of life for the people of Labin. The waterfalls of the Pećina stream flow over winding travertine barriers, and a spring is hidden in the mysterious Negri’s Cave. The Šćurak spring in the Podvinje area below the city walls was the main city spring, and its surroundings were a large city garden to which women carried water in heavy buckets. The water supply network was brought to Labin in 1937, when the city fountain was built, as well as a fountain on the San Marco promenade in the old town of Labin, where the walk ends.

Trail length: about 5.5 km
Trail difficulty: moderately demanding, elevation gain: 294 m
End: around 1:00 p.m.

The trail is suitable for anyone who has no walking difficulties, including children who can keep up with adults. We recommend walking shoes, layered clothing, walking poles, and water.

If you are taking your dog for a walk, the dog must be on a leash, under the supervision of the owner.
