Dear accommodation providers,
at the link we are sharing, you can find an important notice regarding the issuance of a registration number that the Ministry of Tourism and Sport has posted on its website.
The Ministry informs that the stated obligation in Croatia comes into force at the beginning of 2027, and accommodation providers will be notified of the exact date after the adoption of the new Hospitality Services Act.
At this moment 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎 𝐎𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 to obtain a registration number for the purpose of advertising on internet platforms.
