Wine roads

In Istria, wine is an inexplicable supernatural sanctity, need and love, culture of living, meal and drink, prayer and curse. Istrian people are deeply attached to the vine.

As the saying goes: Wine from the vine and milk from the goat.

People live on wheat, but wine is a myth: Bread is for the body, wine is for the soul – as our elders would say.
